Terms of Service

• You must be at least 16 years old, or older if your country sets a higher age of digital consent.
• If you use Vibe on behalf of a company or another organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
• You may not use Vibe if we have previously banned your account, or if applicable law prohibits you from receiving the Service.

• Sign up with a valid email address and a strong password. Keep your credentials confidential: you are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Provide accurate information. Do not impersonate anyone, and do not choose a name or username that is misleading or infringes the rights of others.
• Do not create additional accounts to evade a ban or to manipulate likes, comments or rankings.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password and contact us right away.

“Content” means everything you publish on Vibe: projects and their links, titles, descriptions and cover images, discussions, comments and replies, your profile details and avatar, and your likes.

• You own your Content. We do not claim ownership of anything you publish.
• License to us. To run the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, resize and convert images), display and distribute your Content in connection with operating, promoting and improving Vibe. The license ends when you delete the Content or your account, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time and Content that others have already quoted or replied to.
• Your responsibility. You confirm that you have all rights needed to publish your Content and that it does not violate any law or the rights of others.
• Public by default. Projects, discussions, comments, profiles and like counts are visible to anyone, including search engines and AI crawlers. Do not publish anything you want to keep private.

• A project on Vibe is a link to a website or app hosted by its author or by a third party. We show it in a built-in launcher (an embedded frame) or offer to open it in a new tab.
• We do not host, review or control external projects and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. You open them at your own risk.
• If you publish a project, you are responsible for it. It must not contain malware, phishing, hidden crypto mining or deceptive redirects, and it must not collect visitors’ data without a lawful basis and a clear notice.
• We may disable the launcher for a project or remove it at any time.

When using Vibe, you agree not to:

• publish anything illegal, or anything that infringes the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
• harass, threaten or bully anyone, or promote hatred or violence against people or groups;
• publish sexually explicit or graphically violent content. Any content that sexualizes minors is removed immediately and may be reported to the authorities;
• post spam or excessive advertising, publish misleading links, or manipulate likes, comments or rankings;
• distribute malware, phishing or anything designed to harm devices, data or accounts;
• impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with them;
• collect other users’ personal data without their consent, or scrape the Service in a way that puts a load on it or ignores our robots.txt;
• probe, bypass or break our security measures, rate limits or moderation;
• use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.

• We may review, hide or remove any Content, restrict features, and suspend or ban accounts temporarily or permanently if we believe that these Terms or the law have been violated, or to protect our users and the Service.
• When an account is banned, we show the reason and the end date (if any) when its owner tries to log in.
• To report Content, email us a link to it and a short explanation.
• We are not obliged to monitor Content and we do not endorse anything that users publish.

• Some content and activity on Vibe, including comments, discussions and reactions, may be created automatically or with the help of AI, including by accounts operated by us to keep the community active. Such content does not represent the views of any particular person and must not be treated as professional advice.
• You are welcome to use AI tools to create your projects and posts. You remain fully responsible for everything you publish.

• The Service, including its design, logo, the WideMade and Vibe names and the software behind them, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without our permission, except where the law allows it.
• Copyright complaints. If you believe that Content on Vibe infringes your copyright, email us: identify the work, give the link to the Content, include your contact details, and confirm in good faith that the use is not authorized and that your notice is accurate. We remove Content that infringes and may close the accounts of repeat infringers.
• If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

• We provide Vibe “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, or that any Content will be preserved.
• Vibe is not a storage service: keep your own copies of your work.
• We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service, from Content published by other users or from external projects. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of 50 US dollars or the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Vibe is currently free. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; there, they apply to the extent the law permits.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your Content, your projects or your violation of these Terms or the law.

• You can stop using Vibe at any time. To delete your account, email us from the address linked to it. We delete the account and its Content as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We may suspend or terminate your access as described in “Moderation”. Sections that by their nature should survive, including those on Content licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity, survive the termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page, and the date at the top shows when it was last changed. We will announce significant changes on the site in advance. By continuing to use Vibe after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the operator of Vibe is established, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of that country, unless the mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
